ABOUT THE ROLE

Chesneys USA is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Outside Sales Representative based in Texas to develop and own a currently underserved territory. This is a remote, 100% commission-based position with unlimited PTO. The role includes comprehensive onboarding at our flagship New York City showroom and offers substantial earnings potential for the right candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout the Texas region
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and builders
  3. Represent Chesneys at client meetings, site visits, and industry events
  4. Collaborate with our internal sales and operations team to ensure seamless project delivery
  5. Track customer engagement, project activity, and pipeline in CRM tools

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. 3+ years of outside sales experience, ideally in luxury interior design, architectural products, or high-end construction
  2. Proven ability to build relationships and close deals in a high-touch sales environment
  3. Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working independently
  4. Willingness to travel throughout Texas regularly for client meetings and events
  5. Existing network of designers, builders, and/or specifiers in Texas is a strong plus

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  1. 100% commission-based role with 6% commission on all new revenue in the assigned territory
  2. Commission split model in place for collaborative projects (e.g., 50% to closer, 50% to specifier team)
  3. Unlimited paid time off
